Unopened Products
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Opened Products
For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. This applies to all sunscreen and skincare items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
